Think about the last days before microwaves and instant potatoes, when the food came directly from the farm to market to the table. Of course, it took a little longer to cook a meal, but we knew exactly who grew or raised food and the “process” has been approved only for the sake of cutting or harvesting. And families for generations, no longer able to maintain a healthy weight. They ate every day to clean, perhaps not by choice but by circumstance, but this was clearly the best for them.
It is increasingly difficult to maintain a healthy weight now. As much as we can lose weight and keep many of us fall into the trap of yo-yo dieting. There’s a reason and it is mainly the type of food we eat, the less consumed the cause of the amount of food.
Here’s how to eat clean:
First Eat foods that are in their natural state. Choose foods that were not processed and whole foods are considered. Remember, if so, read the label of all ingredients must be a natural food source and not be a chemical.
Second Keep the oven power, which means you keep your metabolism running continuously through diet and lots of food at least six times a day. This is done by more than 1500 calories per day throughout the day, usually by eating 400 calories of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks and three 100 calories to leave.
Third The meal should be lean protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats. The food is lean protein like skinless white breast, fish and chicken eggs. Complex carbohydrates are whole grain bread, pasta and avoid sugar and flour. Who should read the labels of enriched flour left on the shelf. Healthy fats are foods such as avocado and olive oil is a good test of whether to heat the oil after it is liquid cooled STAY.
4th Clean the system, now you eat these healthy foods your whole body begins to release toxins. Drink lots of water not only keep your body well hydrated lots of water and remove toxins from your liver and fat cells.
5th Stay away from alcohol and alcohol, although some of them are low in calories in sugar during digestion, which in turn is converted to fat converted. Alcohol also dehydrates the body, and is counter-productive to remove toxins.
6th You want to stay active, clean energy, the basis for good health, but also move. 30 minutes of exercise per day is the recommended minimum for a healthy heart and weight control program. Whether something as simple as walking, running, lifting weights or sports get to be up, moving and sweating.
These steps are not really that difficult, but in the hustle and bustle of our hectic lives, we tend to eat what is quick to prepare. The reason why some foods are prepared as soon as they have been robbed of its valuable nutrition and enriched to a small part of that returning to the FDA requirements. Do not short change yourself “eat to live, not live to eat.”
